We met our Mexican customer and conducted the first trial of a refrigerator drawer mold with several defects, including shrinkage, cracking, and surface issues. After process adjustments like increasing mold temperature and optimizing machine settings, key problems such as shrinkage, cracking, and weld lines were resolved. Another trial revealed a slider stroke issue that required manual intervention, highlighting a mold design problem. Overall, most issues were solved through trial adjustments, with remaining ones planned for mold modification.
